These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the services provided by Magical Moments. By making a booking or using our website you agree to these Terms.
1. Our services
We provide children's party entertainment and related services as described on our website or confirmed in writing. Specific services, timings and pricing will be set out in your booking confirmation.
2. Booking & payment
How to book: A booking is confirmed once we receive your written confirmation and any required deposit.
Deposits & final payment: Where a deposit is requested it forms part of the total fee. The total fee must be paid in full by the end of the event.
3. Cancellations & refunds
By you: If you cancel more than 7 days before the event you will receive a refund of your deposit. Cancellations within 7 days may be non-refundable.
By us: If we cancel due to illness or unforeseen circumstances we will offer a full refund or reasonable alternatives where possible.
4. Client responsibilities
- You must provide a safe venue and inform us of any relevant risks or special requirements before the event.
- A parent or guardian must be present for their child(ren) at all times during the event, unless otherwise agreed in advance; we do not provide childcare.
- Access to suitable facilities, power and reasonable setup space should be available as agreed in the booking.
5. Health & safety
We will take reasonable steps to ensure the safety of children during our performance. You must inform us in advance of any allergies, medical conditions or other concerns affecting attendees.
6. Liability
Our liability is limited to the fees paid for the service. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and we accept no responsibility for injuries or damages caused by lack of adequate supervision or unsafe venue conditions.
7. Intellectual property
All materials, logos and content on our website are owned by Magical Moments or used under licence. You may not reproduce or use them without our prior written permission.
8. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The version published on our website with the "Last updated" date applies to bookings made after that date.
9. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any dispute arising under these Terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
